Dr. Blaine Gushaty was born and raised in Calgary and attended the University of Calgary prior to his acceptance to the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, ON. Following his graduation in 1984, he was recruited to join a multidisciplinary Occupational Injury clinic. He became a Back Power Plus consultant delivering treatment to injured workers, pre-employment physicals and ergonomic workplace assessment for industry.
Dr. Gushaty acquired a Certified Chiropractic Rehabilitation Doctor designation and joined the team at the Accident Rehabilitation Centre where he provided Chiropractic care, functional capacity assessments and active physical therapy to victims of motor vehicle accidents.
As a member of the Alberta College and Association of Chiropractors, Dr. Blaine Gushaty was appointed as an Injury Management Consultant assessing minor injury treatment protocol for motor vehicle accident victims as set by the Province of Alberta and the Insurance Bureau of Canada.
Outside the office, Dr. Gushaty is a husband and father of 3 adult children, plays on a men’s hockey team and enjoys a variety of outdoor activities including golf and walking the family dog.
